My name is Molly Maxfield, and I am the Principal Investigator of the I-PASS Study. Because physical activity has proven to be beneficial to people’s physical, mental, and cognitive health, my current research focuses on the ways to best support people to incorporate physical activity in their daily lives. For my own physical activity, I enjoy walking and hiking with my partner and friends, and I love a group exercise class!
James Tsai

My name is James Tsai, and I am the Interventionist for the I-PASS study. My passions and research interests include reducing barriers to exercise, motor learning, and investigating how personal views and mindsets affect recovery from injury/chronic pain. I want people to be able to feel empowered physically and mentally by exercise! My physical activity habits include weight lifting, volleyball, and walking with family and friends.
